I always love night runs on weekdays, around 3x a week. It is my way of releasing the stress from a whole day of work at the office. I’ve tried morning runs but it weakens my productivity (inaantok ako sa office or slacker mode maghapon). May times din na naka-uniform na ako pero lumalabas pa din ang pawis ko. hehe

I love running during the night because it makes me feel nostalgic and I don’t know why. I just love the nostalgia feeling. Plus I am a shy person I don’t want people to see me in broad daylight. =D

I love running during the night because they’re calmer, quieter & stress-free. I feel that running at night seems more kind of like a reward to a long day. You don’t need to worry about time. Its like starting your day all over again because I released all those negative thoughts.
