Being healthy and active for me is very important because as a working mother of three young girls, I want to be there for my daughters as they grow up, be able to answer all their questions about things as they grow up, to be always present as their best friend in the whole world, to be able to guide them in every step of the way they take. It will be impossible if I don’t take care of my health and being active is one way of maintaining a healthy body.

Why is it important to be healthy and active?
it is important because God lend us the body we are in right now, so it is our responsibility to take care of it, and one of the best thing to do this is to make our body healthy in every way and live lively to the fullest.

Above everything else, I love myself, and that is the main reason why I must stay healthy and active. Nothing beats keeping myself in the pink of health to stay productive and live my life the best way I could. Theologically, my body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, created in God’s likeness and image, thus it is only fitting that I keep it clean and unscathed. Personally, I have to stay healthy and active that I may serve the purpose of my being here, and that is to live a life of service to my loved ones.

answer on question #1: beeing healty and active is important in our everyday life our body create by God to do what is your purpose to serve for humanity and mother nature human body is the engine thats keep us going and live the way of life. if you maintain your body in great physical, mental and spiritual condition its mean that you can serve more than the other who is not healty!remember “healthy is morethan beeing wealty” answer on question #2 the only thing i do to be healty and active is to have, proper time management and the commitment to be healty! sports like running is only one of many instruments to become active and healty. self desipline is the most important factor in your proper diet, exercise, etc.!!!! it is you that decide to your own body:-)chosee wellness hehehe!!!!

It is important to be healthy and active because this is the key to living life to the fullest. I personally want to reach my maximum possible age to see my sons all grown up, see all my future grandchildren (and hopefully, play with them!)and grow old with my husband–as in, being able to take “holding-hand-while-walking” afternoon strolls at at park!

Congratulations nanzpapa, mike, steffi, jojo and joy!

You will receive an email from me and please reply with your full name, shipping address and contact number. Unilab will take care of sending the gift packs to you guys.

I would also like to take this moment to invite everyone on Run United 2, a fun-filled activity for you and your family on November 20-21 at Bonifacio Global City (The Fort), Taguig. See you there!

    Hello there,

I just have a MAJOR objection on the results of the winners. It was clearly stated in your regulations that: Your answer must be between 20 to 50 words only! The “20 to 50 words only” was even highlighted so we thought that it was of utmost importance to get your entry eligible otherwise it will be disqualified if you did not follow this “RULE”.

Can you please enlighten us on this?
    Thanks!

hi maybe…im sorry about that. instead of making excuses i take the blame, im really sorry. pasensya na kung ganun ang nangyari and yes you have the right to object. its hard to judge with regards sa answers that is why we thought of giving prizes to 5 instead of only one. don’t you think those 5 winners don’t have the right to win the promo because they used more than 50 words answer?

hi, maybe. those are merely gudelines for the entries and should not be taken as hard rules. the word count is only secondary to the thought behind the entry. hope this clarifies. :)

Well, I wish sana it wasn’t included and even highlighted in the first place. Sana no mention of it at all na lang sa rules kase some mistook it (including me) as a hard rule sort of like in essay writing contests wherein there are really these word count.
Because it’s understandable naman if you leave your answer for a comment lang, understood na hindi sya masyadong formal entry and so as much as possible keep it short and sweet lang.

there’s no big deal about that “20- 50 words” rule. pag nagword count kayo, iba ang magiging actual count non kasi nasi-specify don ang number of characters, including articles.so kahit anong gawin mo, lalagpas at lalagpas sa 50 words ang entries if you have to be technical about it.
also, wala namang sinabi don na entries exceeding 50 words will be disqualified di ba? ideal count ung 20-50 words, but it wasn’t stated that it’s a must to limit your comment to said count.
isa pa, deserving naman ang mga nanalo kasi entries nila ang pinakamaganda at well-xplained, right? my entry didn’t win, pero ayos lang un, pagbubutihan ko na lang next time!

@maybe – contradicting ang statements mo. sabi mo you mistook it as “a hard rule sort of like in essay writing contests”, and yet you said na “hindi sya masyadong formal entry”.
saan ba don ang entry mo para makapagcomment din kami kung deserving kang manalo, at kung tama lang na mag-object ka ng MAJOR – MAJOR.
