Hello guys! In line with my 1st year of running anniversary celebration and PhilRice’s 25th anniversary this October, we want to offer you an exciting promo contest. This time we will be giving away 4 race packets of PhilRice’s Run 4 Ur Rice scheduled on November 28, 2010 at UPLB, Laguna. You can check out the race details here.
Promo Period: October 28 to November 11, 2010 (11:59pm)
Mechanics:
1. Answer the question: “Give me one compelling reason why you deserve a free race kit (complete with singlet, race map and bib number).” You can choose any race distance you like (3K, 5K, or 10K)
2. Leave your answer in the comments section below.
3. Only one comment per person, double entry means disqualification to the contest.
4. The four (4) most compelling answers will be chosen by November 12 and will be announced the same day.
5. Should you win the contest, you can pick up your free race packet on the race day itself at UPLB.

I deserve to win this race kit because I enjoy defying my limitations. Running with different kinds of route and terrain boost my self confidence to face difficulties and challenges. And this will be my first time run out of town and this experience will be a great and fun one to add to my running experience.

because, if ever, this will be my “return of the comeback race” after 3 years.haha Dec 2007 was my last triathlon race. with no other race whatsoever afterwards. kaya kating-kati na akong kumarera!haha

I deserve to win this race kit because I will give it to my mudra (mother)!!! She was inspired by my running and started her own jogs everyday at the nearby subdivision here in my hometown, Calamba City. I was thrilled when I first learned about this race and asked her if she wants to join this event. She was so excited for this race because this will be her FIRST!!!

I deserve the free race kit because I sincerely believe in the motto of the race which is save rice, save lives. If we can instill to everyone the importance of saving rice, I can think we can save a lot of people. This race is the start of this worthy endeavour.
