Runner’s Profile: Team Logan
This should have been posted last August 28 but because of some adjustments on the blog, it came late. But just the same, I want to present to you our 2nd Featured “Runner’s Profile: Team Logan” or should I say runners because they are a team (Craig, Michelle and Justin Logan). Craig just finished the 2nd Philipine Association of Ultrarunners (PAU) 70K run from Pasuquin to Pagudpod. Hats off Craig! Hopefully, I can join you next year.

Reason(s) for running: Bringing awareness to the public of the special needs community in the Philippines, encouraging others, health, our love for Justin, pakikisama lahat ang mga running peeps.
Worst injury: Strained anterior calf muscles.
Post-race food: Chocolate Milk / any good carbs and lots of fluids.
If there is one tip that you want to share to newbie runners what will it be? Based on your training efforts and discipline, set yourself realistic goals!
—————————————————————————————- That’s it! Hope you enjoyed our featured runners. Although they live in Baguio you can see them joining races in Manila for the love of running and Justin too! I had memorable experience staying at their place in Baguio. They are very hospitable and most of all, they make healthy runner’s breakfast and the best post-run shake! I would not forget that concoction!
3 things I cherish while hanging out with Team Logan: (1) I run with them on my comeback race on Baguio City, it should be 10K but we ran 13K. I love the idea of pushing Justin on uphills. (2) We met Eduardo Buenavista while having our speed training at the Baguio Teacher’s Camp Track Oval. (3) Their generosity- I would definitely come back to their place before this year ends.
PS. Hey Justin! I miss you, let’s run again sometime, hugs!
