Sneak Peek: Men’s Health All-Terrain Race 2010

Looking for some challenge this summer ends? Why not try to PUSH YOUR LIMIT on May 16 (Sunday)?
The Men’s Health All-Terrain Race is the most eagerly anticipated race in the country  by both mountain bikers and trail runners. It’s also the perfect springboard for new riders and runners to try something new and push their limit.”

Race Categories

Important Note: For those who will Run and Bike, it is not like duathlon. You will run first with the rest of the 10k runners then wait until 8:20am for the bike part. Run time + Bike time = Total time.  You both get the singlet and the technical shirt. For those who will do the bike its a bit technical but newbies can enjoy it too! Time to prepare for this, I bet this will be fun, fun and lotsa fun!

Route Description
Specially designed for newbies and seasoned trail runners and mountain bikers, this race is a welcome addition to our busy summer schedule. So whether you are trying to challenge yourself for some extreme running and/or mountain biking or finding time for family bonding this event is for you.
Expect running and/or riding your MTB on pavements, dirt roads, compact dirt, grass, and some river crossings (for 10K and 16K runners). 10K and 16K runners, get ready to be wet and dirty after the run.
I was part of runners/bloggers who tried the trail. We tried the 6K route and I would definitely recommend it for those who want to try for the first time some trail running. You can use your regular running shoes for the 6K.
